UX Evaluation Framework
During my master's degree, I became fascinated with measuring the impact of design. However, I quickly realised there was a gap in the tools available—a lack of frameworks that could be easily deployed across different teams.
This realisation led me on a journey to explore heuristic evaluations, searching for a solution that could swiftly launch investigations and pinpoint user pain points aligned with business opportunities. My research became not just an academic pursuit, but a quest to empower teams with the tools they needed to make meaningful design decisions.
Thesis abstract:
E-commerce's evolution enables real-time interactions anywhere, emphasizing the importance of user experience (UX) for overall customer satisfaction. Our study provides a quick and easy-to-use UX evaluation method for e-commerce professionals, collecting measurable constructs and applying them to the customer journey. This results in inclusive B2C e-commerce heuristics, with potential application to various digital commerce platforms.
