The Flamel service is an integrated platform that merges social media with e-commerce, providing customers with a seamless experience from discovering inspiration to making a purchase.

As a UX consultant, my role was to optimize the service flow for both internal and external users, ensuring usability and productivity to create a cohesive content creation and shopping journey. My key responsibilities included conducting end-to-end service flow audits and identifying critical prerequisites for the MVP launch in collaboration with project investors, design agencies, consultancies, merchants, and content creators.
